UNIT 5: MANNERS

Appreciation: recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something.
Diplomacy: the art of dealing with people in a sensitive and tactful way.
Etiquette: conventional requirements as to social behavior;proprieties of conduct as established in any classor community or for any occasion.
Interaction:reciprocal action or influence.
Netiquette: the rules of etiquette that apply when communicating over computer networks, especially the Internet.
Politeness: showing good manners toward others, as inbehavior, speech, etc.
Rank: a social or official position or standing.
Rudeness: discourteous or impolite.
Tradition: the handing down of statements, beliefs, legends,customs, information, etc. From generation togeneration, especially by word of mouth or bypractice.
