Courage: ability to do something dangerous even if you are afraid.
Narrow: not wide.
Guest: visitor.
Set foot: enter a place.
Iron: strong,grey_coloured metal.
Spread. passed from one area to another.
Bizarre: strange.
Carefree: without any problems or worries.
Chimes: ringing of a clock to mark the hour.
Dared to: had courage to do something.
Dizziness: a feeling of head turning round, and loss of balance.
Dripping: falling in small drops.
Grabbed: took roughly.
Pour: cause liquid to flow.
Took hold of: took control of.
Was held: took place.
Streaming: light shining strongly.

UNIT 3: POWER TO THE PEOPLE

Alternative: allowing for a choice between two or more things..
Chemical: a substance produced by or used in a chemical process.
Innovative: to introduce something new.
Sustainable:to keep up or going, as an action or process.
Wireless: having no wire.


Boost: to increase.
Crash: an act of crashing.
Perform: get something done.
Release: activity that frees or expresses creative energy or emotion.
Rest: take a short break from one's activities in order to relax.
